Background Information
Blackthorn Workshop was established as a partnership in 1980 and has operated continuously on the same site ever since. Our business changed to a limited company in June 2003, with the two partners, Carl Malein and Philip Laight becoming Directors; in addition to which, we currently employ three full-time (workshop) and one part-time (office) staff.
Our clients are Commercial, small businesses and the general public. For commercial businesses, we operate nation-wide. For domestic clients, we mainly work in the Worcestershire and Cotswold areas.
One of our biggest customer with whom we have a long established working relationship is in the nearby town of Droitwich.We are their main wood-work suppliers in the field of console furniture providers, where our products are installed nationally and abroad, particularly in Europe and the Middle East.
